Physiotherapist ? Fridays Only (Temporary, August?October 2026) *Galien Rehab Clinic ? Kitchener, ON N2H 2P2* About us Galien Rehab Clinic is a small business in Kitchener, ON N2H 2P2. We are agile, professional and supportive. We are seeking a motivated individual to work out of our Kitchener office on *Fridays only, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.* This is a temporary position running from *Friday, August 14 to Friday, October 16, 2026*, covering one day per week until our physiotherapist returns. Candidates will be performing assessments, active and passive care. Candidates will have the opportunity to provide treatment to private patients (EHC), WSIB and motor vehicle injured patients. Assistants will be provided if necessary, through a trained physiotherapy assistant. Candidates will work with a chiropractor and massage therapists to provide a high standard of patient care. Duties * Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans * Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function * Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions and preventing further injury or disability * Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Successful Candidate Requirements * Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario * Demonstrate the ability to use clinical judgment and perform physical demands of physiotherapy * Effective communication skills, comfortable working with a team of health professionals * Show a willingness to participate in continuous education and quality improvement programs Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. *Please do not apply if you are not available Fridays, as this position is only for one day per week.* Interested candidates should send e-mails with a resume. *Job Type:* Temporary / Fixed term contract *Contract length:* Approximately 2 months (10 Fridays) *Expected hours:* 7 per week *Work location:* In person ?
