Test and check electrical assemblies and wiring for proper connection. Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts and systems. Work from man-lift mobile equipment, cranes and other lifting equipment. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations. Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices. Welding techniques: ARC. Types of systems: Underground conduits and piping. Equipment and machinery experience: Motors and controls. Programmable logic controller (PLC). Hand tools. Area of work experience: Wiring.
