A janitorial company specialized in restaurant cleaning only, is seeking an individual to lead 50 subcontractors in Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. The job schedule typically runs from Sunday night to Friday night. *Job Description: * * Mainly all overnight work * Training subcontractors based on the scope of work for different sites * Site visits to do quality assurance audits * Communicate with subcontractors to convey any cleaning issues and get corrective measures. *Area of coverage:* Greater Toronto Area (GTA) *Qualifications - *Qualified candidate must have the following: * Leadership skills * 'Think outside the box' mentality * Common sense * Strip and wax experience * Carpet cleaning experience * Must have fluent language skills * Good communication skills *Compensation/Salary:* * Starting Salary of $60K per year * Company Car provided * Company Cell provided * Company Gas Card provided *Apply Now:* Please Call or Email - Bala Kumar (313) 268-2807 | b.kumar@asgusa.com if interested in this position or you can apply directly via the Indeed ad.
