We're looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented sales professional to join our Edmonton team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to branch growth in a fast-paced environment. *What You'll Do* * As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, rental activity, branch revenue, and overall customer satisfaction. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers while working closely with Operations, Dispatch, Service, Outside Sales, and branch leadership. * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, online, and in person. * Prepare and process rental quotations, reservations, contracts, renewals, and orders accurately. Recommend appropriate rental equipment, contractor supplies, merchandise, and services based on customer needs. * Support account growth through customer follow-up, outbound calling, and relationship-building activities. * Maintain accurate CRM records, customer notes, quotes, reservations, and activity logs. * Coordinate with branch teams to support equipment availability, deliveries, pickups, and customer commitments. * Escalate complex customer requests and identify solutions rather than turning away opportunities. * Maintain a professional, customer-ready showroom and support branch sales processes. * Participate in branch safety initiatives, PPE requirements, and 5S practices. *What Makes You Successful* * You are customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented. * You have strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. * You enjoy helping customers and finding practical solutions to their needs. * You pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate documentation. * You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments. * You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * You are motivated to learn, improve, and contribute to a growing organization. *Qualifications* *Required* * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and customer service or sales experience. * Minimum one year of customer service experience. * Strong communication, teamwork, relationship-building, time management, and multitasking skills. * Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate customer, quote, and order records. * Ability to work legally in Canada. *Preferred* * Experience in equipment rental, sales, customer service, or a branch-based customer-facing environment. * Experience using CRM, rental management, or sales tracking software. * Knowledge of aerial lifts, material handling equipment, construction equipment, or industrial products is an asset. * Experience supporting account growth, outbound calling, and customer retention efforts. *Why Join Brunswick Lift Rental?* At Brunswick Lift Rental, our people are the reason for our success.
