This is an on-site position. You'll work directly with leaders and employees, support recruitment across a wide range of positions, participate in employee relations matters, and help develop HR programs and processes that support a growing organization. If you enjoy being visible in the business, building relationships, solving problems, and making a difference, we'd like to hear from you. *ABOUT THE ROLE* As the Human Resources Generalist, you'll work closely with leaders across the organization to provide practical HR support in both unionized and non-unionized environments. No two days will look the same. One day you may be recruiting for skilled trades or operations positions, while the next you're supporting an employee investigation, onboarding a new hire, assisting with policy development, or coaching a supervisor through an employee issue. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* _*Recruitment & Onboarding*_ · Coordinate recruitment activities for operational, skilled trades, and corporate positions. · Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and support recruitment planning. · Coordinate and conduct interviews, complete reference checks, prepare employment offers, and maintain candidate communications throughout the hiring process. · Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including reference checks, criminal record checks, fitness-for-work assessments, and alcohol and drug testing, as required. · Coordinate and deliver a positive onboarding experience for new employees. _*Employee Relations*_ · Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and employees. · Assist with workplace investigations and employee relations matters. · Support performance management, attendance management, and workplace conflict resolution. · Build positive working relationships with employees across multiple business locations. _*HR Programs & Compliance*_ · Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee resources. · Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies. · Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. · Support HR initiatives that improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. *WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR* _*Education*_ * Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered. * CPHR designation or progress toward obtaining it is considered an asset but is not required. _*Experience*_ We're looking for someone with approximately 2?3 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a hands-on HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or similar role. Experience should include several of the following: * Full-cycle recruitment * Employee onboarding * Employee relations * Workplace investigations * Performance management * Policy interpretation or development * Coaching managers on HR matters Expe- Location Delisle, SK
