*Overview* We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Supervisor to join Jilimos Appliance Inc. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at our Scarborough location. Duties - Assign sales workers to duties - Authorize return of merchandise - Establish work schedules - Sell merchandise - Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters - Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages - Manage and maintain inventory using inventory control software - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers (5-10 people) - Recruit and train staff Requirements - Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience - Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience in retail supervision - Technical Skills: MS Outlook, MS Excel, Inventory control software - Languages: English (Mandarin or Spanish is an asset / preferred) - Personal Suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Reliability, Judgement Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities - Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail Start Date: February 1, 2027 (or as early as 2027-02-01) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Application question(s): * Do you have experience in home appliances or consumer electronics sales?
