We are growing our small team, and we need a rockstar Customer Service Representative to take care of our Storefront while we grow our reach and impact! We?ll work great together if: * You?re looking for opportunities to shine with your *natural positivity and joy* in serving customers * You enjoy learning about chocolate and *social impact* * We make damn good chocolates, but we also care about the people we are serving in our community * You are *proactive* about your job and love chocolate What you?ll do (Some key responsibilities): * Be responsible for The GOOD Chocolatier's *storefront presence* * Greet customers, serve samples, educate on the benefits of our chocolate, make drinks, take payments and package orders * Maintain stock and count inventory * Keep workplace organized and clean * Execute each task *aligned with our company?s core values* and goals * Help with sealing, boxing, packaging duties whenever needed (you have to be able to make small bows with a ribbon =D) * *Taking beautiful photos* of new items * Take phone calls and direct customers Qualifications, Skills and proficiencies: * Organization * Friendliness * Proactive * Ambitious standards of execution * Productivity * Detail Oriented * Proficient in English with strong communication skills * Excellent customer service and phone etiquette * Background in sales is advantageous * Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues _(Pay and hours increase if this is met)_ * A vehicle to bring chocolate bars from our social enterprise partners to our warehouse (all within 15 min driving, mileage will also be reimbursed) as well as shop restocking from our warehouse to the shop.
