<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Position Overview</strong></b></p><p> </p><p>The Network IT Administrator is responsible for managing and securing IT systems across all AM/PM branches. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of networks, systems, and devices while protecting the company's best interests. The Systems & Network Administrator also acts as a key advisor on infrastructure improvements and supports all employee IT needs.</p><p> </p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Manage and secure <b><strong>network infrastructure</strong></b> across all locations (firewalls, VPNs, monitoring, uptime)</li><li>Administer <b><strong>user access, onboarding, and offboarding</strong></b> with strict security controls</li><li>Maintain <b><strong>internal servers, backups, and data protection systems</strong></b></li><li>Manage and support <b><strong>dispatch software and phone systems (VoIP/PBX)</strong></b></li><li>Oversee <b><strong>employee devices</strong></b> (setup, maintenance, security, lifecycle management)</li><li>Handle <b><strong>all employee IT-related requests</strong></b> and provide timely technical support</li><li>Manage <b><strong>IT vendors, subscriptions, and billing</strong></b> with cost and risk oversight</li><li>Act as an <b><strong>advisor on infrastructure changes</strong></b>, recommending improvements for security, scalability, and efficiency</li><li>Enforce IT policies and ensure <b><strong>employee compliance with security and operational processes</strong></b></li><li>Monitor, identify, and respond to <b><strong>security risks and incidents</strong></b></li><li>Availability for <b><strong>after-hours emergency support</strong></b> when required</li><li>Support <b><strong>side projects and additional administrative tasks</strong></b> as required</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Experience Requirements</strong></b></p><ul><li>Minimum 4<b><strong>+ years</strong></b> in an IT Administrator or similar role</li><li>Experience with <b><strong>Windows OS and Microsoft 365</strong></b> environments</li><li>Hands-on experience with <b><strong>IP phone systems (VoIP/PBX)</strong></b></li><li>Experience managing <b><strong>SSL certificates, access control, and security systems</strong></b></li><li>Proven ability to support networks, servers, and end-user environments</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Key Competencies</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Security-first mindset</strong></b> with strong risk awareness</li><li>Ability to enforce policies and protect company interests</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Organized, accountable, and responsive</li></ul><p> </p></div>\nCompany Description<div><p>AM/PM Service, established in 1987, is a premier POS solutions provider operating in United States and Canada.
