27 - 31 hours per week $15 p/hr fixed plus commission (Saturday Mandatory) *Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology or retail sales are highly valued to effectively connect with diverse clientele and promote our product offerings. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities * Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy * Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods * Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer interactions *Qualifications* * Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields; experience in technology sales is a plus * Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively * Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening skills * Time management capabilities * Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail NOTE! VALID DRIVING LICENSE LEGALLY ALLOWED TO WORK IN CANADA (Canadian / PR Status or valid work permit) Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Calgary, AB
