If you are a positive, outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a love for physical activity, we encourage you to consider this rewarding opportunity. *Summary of the Role:* Recreational Coaches at Futures Gymnastics are primarily responsible for the safe and effective facilitation of classes, utilizing provided lesson plans. This role is crucial in delivering a high-quality, fun, and educational experience to our young gymnasts and ninjas. *Responsibilities* * Lead and instruct participants in gymnastics, ninja, cheerleading, or tumbling classes. * Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during all activities. * Motivate athletes to reach their full potential. * Maintain a positive and inclusive environment. * Collaborate with other staff members to organize events and competitions. * Provide feedback and progress reports to athletes and parents. * Assist in program development and community outreach initiatives. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in coaching or teaching gymnastics or tumbling is an asset. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages. * Knowledge of safety standards related to sports coaching. * Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred. * Enthusiastic team player with a passion for youth development. * Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed. * Prior experience working with children or adolescents is advantageous. *If you?re ready to make an impact in the lives of young athletes and be part of a dynamic team, we?d love to hear from you?apply today and help us elevate our programs to new heights!* Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Full Training Available * Exciting work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour Application question(s): * Do you love working with kids?
