This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while contributing to a dynamic retail environment. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly. * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently. * Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising best practices to enhance customer engagement. * Support other staff in all engagements. * Handle cashing out customers accurately while managing cash handling procedures with integrity. * Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, preparing new product for display. * Communicate effectively to clients and other staff members. * Support other associates in a team effort. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. * Familiarity with POS systems is easily taught. * Knowledge of product will be learned on the job. * Strong communication skills in English are required; multilingual abilities are highly valued. * Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain tidy displays. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. * Passion for all things Beautiful...
