Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leading Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of workers in various industries. The Leading Hand will ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of workers Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard Provide guidance and support to team members Monitor and report on the progress of work Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and used correctly Ensure that all safety procedures are followed Liaise with management and other departments as required Identify and implement process improvements Train and develop team members Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Relevant industry experience Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks Attention to detail- Location Athabasca, AB
