We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. *Job Description:* As a Banquet Server at HT Catering & Meats, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our events run smoothly and our guests receive outstanding service. You will be responsible for setting up banquet areas and maintaining a high standard of hospitality throughout each event. *\*Currently we are looking to hire for Full-Time for the September into the New Year! Must be able to work Dayshifts, Evening, and Weekends. No Part-Time/Student work available.* *Responsibilities:* * Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. * Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. * Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils. * Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. * Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs. * Dedicated to providing each Guest and Event with exceptional service. * Must have a valid Drivers License and a Cell Phone * Must be willing to work long days and will be required to work weekends. *Qualifications / Skills:* * Customer Service * Verbal Communication * Energy Level * Teamwork * Resolving Conflict * Thoroughness * Professionalism If you are passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy working in a dynamic event setting, *we would love to hear from you!* Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Work Location: In person
