Club Manager - Anytime Fitness North Vancouver *Love people, fitness and sales? Looking for a role where you can take ownership, earn great bonuses and actually enjoy coming to work?* Anytime Fitness North Vancouver is looking for an energetic, motivated *Club Manager* to run the day-to-day operations of our club, grow membership and create a great experience for our members. *Our managers tend to stay with us for years*, and we think that says a lot about the environment we've built. You'll have plenty of independence, ongoing support and the opportunity to earn *approximately $1,000?$2,000 per month in performance bonuses* on top of your base salary. Fitness industry experience isn't required. We're looking for someone who's *great with people, comfortable with sales, self-motivated and proud of the space they work in.* What You'll Be Responsible ForMembership Sales & Club Growth Sales are an important part of this role. You'll connect with prospective members, conduct club tours, follow up with leads and help people take the first step toward improving their health and fitness. You'll be responsible for achieving monthly and annual membership goals, with the opportunity to earn *approximately $1,000?$2,000 per month in performance bonuses.* *Member Experience:* We pride ourselves on providing great customer service and creating a friendly, welcoming club where members feel known and valued. You'll get to know our members, help solve problems, celebrate their wins and make sure they have a great experience every time they walk through the door. *Club Operations & Presentation:* You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation and appearance of the club. Our clubs handle their own cleaning, so *keeping the gym clean, organized and looking its best is an important part of the role.* Everyone pitches in, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a club they'd be happy to show off to a prospective member at any time. *Team Leadership:* You'll work closely with our team of personal trainers and part-time staff to create a positive, accountable and supportive club culture. *Marketing & Community Engagement:* You'll help promote the club through social media, local marketing, community partnerships and promotions designed to generate leads and build awareness.
