You know your species, finishes, current trends, and installation basics inside and out-and you know how to turn that expertise into results.</p><p><br /></p><p>What you'll do</p><ul><li>Serve as the face of quality for our brand, building strong relationships with clients, builders, and designers</li><li>Drive growth by generating and converting leads through consultations, site visits, and ongoing account management</li><li>Turn one-time consultations into long-term loyal customers by delivering expert advice and exceptional service</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to installation and aftercare</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What you bring</p><ul><li>Deep knowledge of the hardwood flooring industry (species, finishes, trends, and installation fundamentals)</li><li>Proven ability to connect with and influence clients, builders, and design professionals</li><li>Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of turning conversations into closed deals and repeat business</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven approach with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>If you're ready to combine your industry expertise with your passion for sales and help us expand our reach with clients, builders, and designers, we'd love to hear from you.</p></div></div>- Location Headingley, MBR4H 0E4
