We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>I am looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for a 4-month temporary assignment in Laval. <br> <br>Your responsibilities will include: <br> <br>- Managing vendor invoices (3-way match) <br>- Tracking discrepancies and ensuring contract compliance <br>- Making vendor payments on time <br>- Supporting and managing disputes <br>- Optimizing processes (Dynamics 365) <br>-Any other related tasks</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Your profile: <br> <br>-2-5 years of experience in accounts payable (project-based environment = a plus) <br>-ERP (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, a plus) <br>-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills <br>-Proficiency in the full accounts payable cycle <br>-Bilingual in French and English to communicate with suppliers in other Canadian provinces <br> <br> <br>What we offer: <br> <br>-3 days of remote work from the start <br>-A 37.5-hour workweek <br>-A 4-month temporary assignment with the possibility of a permanent position</p> <br><br>- Location Laval, QC
