<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Full time seasonal Lodge Chef, Swing Cook and Staff Cooks required for busy private Club in Georgian Bay, with immediate start.</p><p>Experienced and capable chefs required to join our busy private Members Club, providing breakfast, luncheon and dinner for our Members, guest and staff team.</p><p>All positions require that the successful candidates live on island for 10 days on with 4 days off island.</p><p>The positions run until 18th December 2026 with rehire guaranteed for exceptional candidates.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><p> </p><p>? Support the Senior Management Team to deliver world class experiences specifically related to fine dining.</p><p>? Support the management, leadership, and development of a small staff cook team.</p><p>? Plan menus that deliver on Member expectations ensuring a consistent high quality with an emphasis on game meat related dishes.</p><p>? Prepare for service, breakfast, luncheon, and dinner.</p><p>? Occasionally act as cover chef for the staff canteen, preparing meals for the staff team.</p><p>? Support the management of the Club's catering and Lodge supplies budget, working closely and in conjunction with the second Lodge Chef, and the Office & Lodge Manager.</p><p>? Purchase supplies from vendors approved by the Club and maintain strict inventory control to achieve minimum wastage and cost effectiveness.</p><p>? Ensure the kitchen and surrounding areas, are kept in a clean and sanitized state in line with food hygiene regulations, including washing up on an 'as you use' basis.</p><p>Support and implement Club policies and procedures</p></div></div>- Location Wiarton, ON
