If you prove your capabilities, the room for advancement is significant. *The Role* As an Exterior Installation Specialist, you will be the face of our service, ensuring local homes are protected and maintained. Your primary focus will include: * Exterior Installations: Installing gutter guards, fascia, soffits, and eavestroughs. * Maintenance & Cleaning: Clearing debris and ensuring free-flowing water systems. * Quality Control: Delivering high-standard results that keep our customers coming back. * Safety & Logistics: Operating ladders and specialized equipment safely while maintaining a clean job site. *Who You Are* * Dependable: You show up on time, every time. You take ownership of your tasks without excuses. * Physically Capable: You are comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and staying active throughout 8?10 hour shifts. * Positive & Adaptable: You maintain a great attitude regardless of the weather?from the summer heat to the cold winds of a London winter. * Team-Oriented: You enjoy working with others and are willing to share knowledge to help the team succeed. *Qualifications* * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Valid "G" Driver?s License and reliable transportation (Required). * Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. * Strong attention to detail and time management skills. * Previous experience in gutter cleaning/installation, window cleaning, or general construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right attitude!
