We?re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our growing equine clinic in a part-time, permanent office role, becoming the third member of our supportive and collaborative office team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. *Customer Service Representative * *Requirements:* * A background in and passion for all things equine * Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client requests and the needs of our veterinarians at our fast-paced practice * Keen attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multi-task * Comfortable with current technology including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and phone-based messaging services, with the ability to quickly to learn new systems * The ability to work both independently and as part of team * Strong writing skills including spelling and grammar *Responsibilities: * * Answering and directing incoming communications * Managing appointments and scheduling * Maintaining office files, records and documentation * Billing, payments and estimates * Ordering and inventory management * Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment * Tending to the very specific needs of our office cats The position runs five days per week (Monday to Friday), with some flexibility in day-to-day scheduling, totalling an average of 24 hours per week.
