Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual essentialNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent contributes to the strategic alignment of activity schedules for the CEO, the leadership team, and other stakeholders, such as foundations. They manage the community engagement calendar, fostering?among other things?the harmonization of activities, strategies, and work plans through enhanced collaboration. The incumbent is also responsible for acquiring and implementing effective, innovative tools and practices to ensure the planning, coordination, and follow-up of activities, with the goal of aligning various initiatives?particularly those involving foundations, community engagement, and the assessment of community health needs within the network. They manage projects and maintain relationships with team members and vendors to bring these projects to completion. All tasks are performed in collaboration with the engagement team and stakeholders playing a role within the Vitalité health network. Related tasks supporting the smooth operation of the engagement sector may also be assigned.REQUIREMENTS: Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, public relations, administration, or a related field; Minimum of three (3) years of experience in coordinating the logistics of activities;Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered;Effective interpersonal and organizational communication skills;Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, effective time management, and ability to set priorities;Ability to work in a high-stress environment and meet tight deadlines;Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders and within a multidisciplinary team; Ability to work independently and as a team member; Physical ability to perform assigned duties; Good previous work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
