*Job Summary:* As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you?ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through strategic planning and data-driven execution. *Key Responsibilities:* * Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. * Create and manage content for website, blog, and social media platforms. * Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc. * Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and engagement metrics. * Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials. * Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices. * Manage and grow the company's social media presence. * Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed. * Assist in the development of marketing strategies and contribute ideas for improvement. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. * Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush). * Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, social media, and web analytics. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Highly organized and detail-oriented. * Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset. *Preferred Skills :* * Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify. * Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS. * Graphic design or video editing skills. * Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Mississauga, ON
