Transportation Operations Manager *Full-Time * Lead the Operation. Lead the Team. Build the Business. We are seeking an *exceptional Transportation Operations Manager* to take a leadership role in our growing transportation operation. This position is ideal for a transportation professional who can *lead a dispatch team, drive operational excellence, and build strong relationships with clients and business partners.* You will be the key link between *management, dispatch, drivers, and customers*, ensuring our operation runs efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Lead, supervise, and develop the dispatch team. * Oversee daily transportation and dispatch operations. * Set performance standards and ensure accountability across the team. * Work directly with major clients, brokers, and business partners. * Lead client meetings and serve as a senior point of contact for operational matters. * Manage escalated customer and operational issues with professionalism and sound judgment. * Monitor fleet utilization, scheduling, service performance, and overall operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with HOS, ELD, and applicable transportation regulations. * Identify operational challenges and implement effective, practical solutions. * Improve dispatch processes, communication, productivity, and service quality. * Work closely with senior management on operational strategy and business growth. What We're Looking For * *5+ years of experience in trucking, transportation, dispatch, or fleet operations.* * Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of North American trucking operations. * Exceptional communication and professional client-facing skills. * Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. * Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage pressure, priorities, and complex operational situations. * Professional presence with the confidence to represent the company in high-level client meetings.
