We are currently seeking a *talented, full-service Licensed Esthetician* to join our growing team. *Position Overview* The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, and capable of delivering a comprehensive range of esthetic services. You are passionate about skincare, beauty, and client education, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and sanitation. This is an excellent opportunity to build and grow your clientele within an established salon and spa setting. *Responsibilities* * Perform a full range of esthetic services including: * Customized facials and advanced skincare treatments * Full-body waxing (asset: Brazilian) * Lash lifts, tinting, and brow services * Manicures and pedicures * Make-up applications * Head spa services (will train) * Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments * Recommend appropriate retail products and home care routines. * Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized treatment areas * Build strong client relationships and encourage retention * Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products *Qualifications* * Licensed Esthetician in Ontario * Minimum 1?2 years experience with existing clientele preferred * Proficient in full-body waxing and advanced facial treatments * Knowledge of professional skincare lines * Strong retail and rebooking skills * Professional, reliable, and team-oriented * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends * Knowledge of Aveda products and philosophy is an asset *What We Offer* * Competitive compensation * Established clientele and cross-referral opportunities * Training for head spa services * Marketing and social media support * Beautiful, fully equipped treatment rooms * Supportive and positive team environment * Front desk and booking support * Store discounts *How to Apply* Interested candidates are invited to apply through Indeed with a resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience, certifications, and availability.
