The planner will coordinate with both US and Canadian dispatch to ensure fleet operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties include: - Broadly, supervising and planning company logistics - Establishing the availability of drivers to transport loads - Scheduling appointments for pick-up and delivery times - Engaging with our customers and provide excellent service - Adjusting plans as required - Managing all relevant records and documentation - Collaborating with the larger operational team to ensure operational functionality *Qualifications:* -Minimum 1 years or more experience working in a dispatch and/or logistics related role - Diploma or certificate from an accredited educational institution in one of the following is considered a strong asset: - Business administration - Logistics - Supply chain management - Transportation management *What we offer:* - Extended health and dental plan - Competitive salary and room for advancement - Friendly and inviting work environment - On-site parking *How to apply:* - Please submit a resume online or in person at our headquarters located at 310 Eagle drive Winnipeg, MB.
