This role is responsible for managing service requests, assisting with service ticket workflow, driving maintenance agreement sales, and delivering exceptional customer experience from initial contact through post-service follow-up.</p><p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing administrative coordination with sales and marketing responsibilities.</p><p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Customer Service & Communication</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels</li><li>Provide timely, professional responses to service requests, questions, and concerns</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Service Ticket Workflow Assistant</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Create, track, and manage service tickets from intake through completion</li><li>Confirm appointments and communicate with customers</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and job status</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Inside Sales & Maintenance Agreements</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Promote and sell service maintenance agreements to new and existing customers</li><li>Follow up on leads, quotes, and previous service calls to generate repeat business</li><li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs</li><li>Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales activities in CRM or internal systems</li><li>Support preparation of service estimates and proposals</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Marketing & Customer Engagement</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Manage post-service follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business</li><li>Request and coordinate customer reviews, particularly on platforms like Google</li><li>Respond professionally and promptly to online reviews (positive and negative)</li><li>Assist with basic marketing efforts such as email outreach, customer reminders, and promotions</li><li>Help maintain the company's professional online presence</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or service coordination (construction, electrical, HVAC, or related field preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li><li>Sales-oriented mindset with ability to build customer relationships</li><li>Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or service management platforms is an asset</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Key Competencies</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Customer-first attitude</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Problem-solving and adaptability</li><li>Time management and prioritization</li><li>Team collaboration</li></ul><p><strong><strong>What We Offer</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Healthcare Spending Account</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Clothing Allowance</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a fast-paced and expanding company</li><li>Supporti- Location Kitchener, ON
