*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and energetic Esthetician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients? confidence and well-being. Your expertise in skincare, hair removal and esthetic treatments, combined with your vibrant personality, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers opportunities to showcase your skills, grow professionally, and build lasting relationships with clients. _All positions start at part time hours, with the opportunity to increase to more hours if desired._ *Duties* * Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials and other skin treatments, waxing, manicure and pedicures, lash lifts and tints, etc. with precision and care * Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products * Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments and managing client flow efficiently * Recommend retail products by educating clients on their benefits to enhance their skincare routines * Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client needs and addressing concerns promptly * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas to ensure a safe environment *Qualifications* * Poccess an esthetics diploma from an accredited school * Hands on experience providing a variety of esthetic services * An understanding and appreciation for the importance of home care products and retail recommendations * Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members confidently * Experience front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes is an asset but not required * Passion for customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor * Ability to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends as needed, although the schedule usually operates on a set repeating basis *Compensation* * Compensation starts with a base hourly rate, plus commission based on experience and targets * Gratuities * Store discount * Free/discounted services *Services we currently offer:* * Lash Lifts and Tints * Spa Facials * Facial Peels * Micorneedling * IPL * Waxing * Sugaring * Laser Hair Reduction * Manicures and Pedicures * Relaxation Massage _Experience with any of these services is an asset, but all are not required._ Join us if you?re eager to make a difference in clients? lives through expert esthetic services while enjoying a lively, supportive work environment.
