Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Direct farm feed inventory activities . Direct farm grooming activities . Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general farm duties. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .
