This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and order fulfillment while contributing to a thriving logistics environment. *Responsibilities* * Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently * Assist with order picking, packaging, and preparing shipments for delivery while maintaining accuracy and quality standards * Conduct heavy lifting tasks and handle materials with care during loading and unloading processes * Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems * Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper load securing for transportation *Qualifications* * Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting is highly preferred * Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers; certification is a plus * Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods * Construction or heavy equipment operation experience is advantageous * Strong attention to detail in order picking, packaging, shipping & receiving tasks * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Join us today to become part of a motivated team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
