We are looking for an experienced AP Clerk to support full cycle Accounts Payable for a block of company entities. Working in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment, a successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a high-volume environment. You must possess a good level of expertise in Excel and Accounting Systems Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Enter Vendor Invoices Daily * Review AP Inbox daily, save invoices & respond to queries in a timely manner. * Apply AP Payments * Reconcile Vendor Statements * Prepare batches in Dynamics for cheque run. * Review vendor statements and respond to queries related to AP in a timely manner. * Assist with internal and external audit requests * Administration tasks assigned. Qualifications: * Post-secondary degree in finance, commerce or accounting * Minimum 2 years relevant Accounts Payable experience * Excellent communication skills both written and oral * Good working knowledge of excel. * Proficiency using Microsoft Dynamics/ Business Central/Navision an asset. * Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision care Work Location: In person- Location Brampton, ON
