*Overview* *We're Hiring: * Are you an *Esthetician * with leadership experience or aspirations? *Duties* * *Responsibilities:* * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care * Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development *Duties:* * Perform professional esthetic services including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures & other spa services within your certification scope. * Build strong client relationships and treatment plans * Uphold hygiene and safety standards * Recommend products and services to clients * Manage scheduling, client relations, and inventory * Lead and support a team of massage therapists and front desk staff * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care * Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development *Requirements* * Previous spa experience (Preferred) * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Passionate about wellness and delivering outstanding customer service Join our dedicated team of wellness professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients through the art of massage therapy.
