*Overview* We are seeking a skilled server with bartending experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Interact with customers' take food orders and provide recommendations * Deliver food to customers table in a timely manner * Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes * Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant and bar * Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age * Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently *Requirements* * Previous experience in serving and bartending * Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with food safety regulations * Proficiency in using POS systems * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively * Serving it Right certification Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.25 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food Experience: * Serving: 1 year (preferred) * Bartending: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Courtenay, BC
