*What We?re Looking For* Woodlands Medical Clinic is looking for a strong candidate who is reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and positive attitude. The ideal candidate is team-oriented but also capable of working independently when needed. *Position Details* Part Time: Monday 10am - 6pm, Tuesday 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 10am - 3pm Pay Rate: $17 to start with regular pay increase Location: Woodlands Medical Clinic *Key Responsibilities* * Provide front-line patient support, including check-in and scheduling * Manage phone calls and appointment bookings * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation * Support physicians and clinic operations as needed * Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all patients * Other duties as assigned *Qualifications & Requirements* * Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office setting (not including practicum) * MOA diploma or certification required * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable handling high-stress situations with professionalism * Pleasant and compassionate demeanor with patients and staff * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Self-starter with the ability to stay focused and prioritize tasks * EMR experience (Accuro preferred, but not necessary) * Fluent English communication (spoken and written) are essential Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Experience: * MOA/Unit Clerk (not including practicum): 1 year (required) Language: * Fluent English (required) Licence/Certification: * MOA Diploma/Certificate (Must Provide) (required) Work Location: In person- Location Calgary, AB
