Whether it's providing technical information on a specific product, obtaining a quote, or making a purchase, we're here to help with every step of the way! *Role Summary* We are seeking a high-caliber *Director of Marketing* to join our thriving team in Scarborough. This role is built for an industry heavy-hitter who understands the nuances of technical spec-driven sales and can lead our multi-brand portfolio toward market dominance. Moving away from day-to-day execution, you will own our high-level marketing roadmap, bridge the gap between digital innovation and sales excellence, and mentor our internal marketing talent. *What You Will Do:* * *Strategic Brand Leadership:* Develop and execute an integrated marketing roadmap and content strategy across our portfolio of premium architectural brands. * *Sales & Rep Enablement:* Partner with regional representatives across Canada to build scalable promotional tools (CEUs, Lunch & Learns, Product Demos) that drive local territory success. * *Digital Lead Generation:* Oversee the creation of high-impact digital assets and direct our inbound lead gen and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. * *Tech Stack Ownership:* Serve as the strategic lead for HubSpot and oversee data integration with NetSuite to build a seamless, closed-loop sales and marketing funnel. * *Team & Vendor Management:* Guide, mentor, and empower a Marketing Coordinator while overseeing relationships with third-party agency partners. *What You Bring:* * *Industry Experience:* 10+ years of senior marketing leadership within construction materials, custom manufacturing, or technical building systems. * *CSI MasterFormat Expertise:* Deep fluency in Divisions 06 (Wood, Plastics & Composites), 07 (Thermal & Moisture Protection), 10 (Specialties), and 12 (Furnishings). * *Specification Strategy:* Proven success shifting products from "commodity" sales to high-value "specified" architectural selections early in the design phase. * *Technical Mastery:* Advanced hands-on strategy with HubSpot (Marketing & CRM) and Google Analytics. * *Design Literacy:* High-level familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite to direct creative output and maintain rigorous quality control over technical assets. * *Education & Language:* Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
