Through collaboration, innovation and building strong teams in the communities where we work, IPH delivers efficient, high-quality construction projects. *About the Opportunity* IPH is looking for experienced Plumbers to join our team in Kamloops and the surrounding area. We are seeking high-level apprentices and Red Seal Journeypersons who bring strong technical skills, take pride in quality workmanship, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger project team. This position will involve the installation, maintenance and modification of plumbing and mechanical systems across a variety of commercial, institutional, multi-family and industrial projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects while continuing to develop their skills and build a well-rounded career with IPH. *What You Will Do* * Install, maintain and modify plumbing and mechanical systems in accordance with project drawings, specifications and applicable codes. * Install domestic water, sanitary, storm, drainage, venting and related piping systems. * Install plumbing fixtures, equipment, valves and related mechanical components. * Measure, cut, thread, groove, solder and assemble piping using a variety of materials and joining methods. * Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, mechanical plans and related project documents. * Perform testing and commissioning of completed plumbing systems. * Troubleshoot plumbing and mechanical system issues and complete repairs or modifications as required. * Coordinate with forepersons, project teams and other trades to support efficient project execution. * Identify potential installation conflicts and communicate issues before they impact project progress. * Maintain a high standard of workmanship while meeting project schedules and expectations. * Provide guidance and support to junior apprentices when required. * Follow IPH's safety policies, procedures and safe work practices at all times. * Perform other related duties consistent with the role, skills and level of responsibility as required. *About You* * Registered Plumber Apprentice with significant trade experience or Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping materials, fittings, fixtures, valves and installation methods. * Able to confidently read and interpret mechanical drawings, plans and specifications. * Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for assigned work. * Strong understanding of construction site practices and coordination with other mechanical and building trades. * Experience working on commercial, institutional, multi-family or industrial plumbing projects is considered an asset. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. * Takes pride in producing accurate, clean and high-quality work. * Demonstrates a growth mindset, actively seeks and applies constructive feedback, and is willing to adapt to evolving industry practices and technologies. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Physically capable of performing the requirements of the trade, including lifting and maneuvering materials, working from ladders and lifts, and working in active construction environments. *What We Offer* We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, incl
