*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food handling and preparation. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook various menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. * Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients. * Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Help maintain inventory by reporting low stock levels of ingredients or supplies. * Follow all sanitation guidelines to keep the kitchen clean and safe for staff and guests. *Requirements* * Previous experience in food service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. * Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. * A commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
