Our Northgate clinic has an established, direct-billed client base, and our front desk handles all booking, billing, and re-bookings?so you can focus entirely on patient care. *Compensation and Terms* * *60/40 Commission Split:* Retain 60% of your earnings while leveraging our fully established clinic infrastructure. * *Independent Contractor Status:* Enjoy practitioner independence while capitalizing on high patient volume and full administrative backing. * *Turnkey Practice:* Full reception support, automated direct billing, appointment scheduling, and patient marketing handled for you. *Perks and Environment* * All essential supplies provided, including fully laundered linens and treatment rooms. * Flexible scheduling built around your availability. * Free on-site parking for practitioners and clients. * Staff discounts on clinic retail, self-care products, wellness essentials, local restaurants, and retail partners. *Job Responsibilities* * Perform comprehensive health intakes, assessments, and evidence-informed acupuncture treatments. * Utilize specialized modalities such as traditional acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, or cupping where applicable. * Supply and maintain your own clinical consumables (e.g., single-use acupuncture needles, and alcohol swabs). * Provide clients with tailored home-care advice, lifestyle guidance, and wellness strategies. * Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care. *Qualifications* * Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in good standing with a recognized Manitoba regulatory body or association. * Proof of completion from an accredited Acupuncture program along with active professional liability insurance. * Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe, inclusive patient care. * Additional certifications or training in complementary holistic modalities are considered an asset. *How to Apply* Apply with your resume.
