Role Overview We?re looking for a passionate Barista who will be the heart of our coffee program while also supporting the full team as an All-Rounder. Your primary focus will be on espresso, pour-overs, and latte art, but you?ll be ready to jump into any station to keep service smooth and the space beautiful. What You?ll Bring * Deep passion for specialty coffee with strong skills in espresso extraction, pour-over brewing, and creative latte art * Obsessive attention to detail ? you care about grind, temperature, timing, milk texture, and presentation * Natural warmth to welcome guests, introduce our coffees and products, and create memorable moments * Pride in craftsmanship across all areas, whether pulling shots or keeping counters and tables spotless * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset * Previous barista experience is preferred, but the right palate, dedication, and versatility matter more What You?ll Do * Lead our coffee bar: prepare exceptional espresso-based drinks, precise pour-overs, and signature beverages with beautiful latte art * Warmly welcome customers, introduce our coffee offerings, pastries, and brunch items with excellent presentation * Maintain spotless counters, coffee equipment, and workstations at all times * Support All-Rounder duties during service: serve bakery items, help plate/run brunch dishes, clear and clean tables, handle dish washing and deep cleaning * Keep the entire venue (bar, kitchen, dining, bakery) clean, organized, and inviting * Contribute to opening/closing duties and daily operations with care and efficiency * Participate in coffee tastings, training, and team support Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.60 per hour Application question(s): * Tell us about a time you had to jump between making drinks and helping with other tasks (like clearing tables, dishwashing, or serving pastries).
