<p><span>We are recruiting a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Analyst to join the IT team of an established Québec-based organization undergoing a major digital transformation.</span></p><p><span>This opportunity is for someone with strong hands-on knowledge of D365 F&O who wants to play a central role between business teams, end users and technical stakeholders. This is not a pure development role: the successful candidate will help evolve the solution, influence priorities and actively support its adoption across the organization.</span></p><p><strong><span>Your role</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Understand business processes and translate them into effective solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.</span></li><li><span>Advise teams on opportunities to improve, automate and standardize business processes.</span></li><li><span>Contribute to the evolution of the D365 F&O roadmap and help prioritize initiatives based on business value.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with key users, IT teams and external partners to deliver consistent, sustainable solutions.</span></li><li><span>Contribute to integration projects, upgrades, maintenance and the continuous improvement of the D365 environment.</span></li><li><span>Monitor Microsoft platform updates and recommend relevant enhancements.</span></li><li><span>Support user adoption through training, documentation and ongoing assistance.</span></li><li><span>Act as a functional subject-matter resource for D365 F&O-related matters.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; relevant experience with Dynamics AX will also be considered.</span></li><li><span>Solid understanding of one or more modules related to finance, operations, supply chain or manufacturing.</span></li><li><span>Ability to analyze complex business needs, recommend pragmatic solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.</span></li><li><span>Experience in an evolving D365 environment involving optimization, integrations, updates or deployments.</span></li><li><span>Strong autonomy, natural leadership and excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.</span></li><li><span>Professional French is required; functional English is needed to communicate with certain partners and teams.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>Employment details</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Permanent, full-time position.</span></li><li><span>Excellent growth opportunity within an organization undergoing a major digital transformation.</span></li><li><span>Vacation entitlement based on experience.</span></li><li><span>Group RRSP with employer contribution.</span></li><li><span>Comprehensive group insurance, including telemedicine, dental and vision coverage.</span></li><li><span>Enhanced personal days.</span></li><li><span>Flexible schedule and additional corporate benefits.</span></li></ul>- Location Montréal, QC
