Carpenter Labourer / Carpenter Apprentice *McT Construction* McT Construction is looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer with the goal of developing into a skilled Carpenter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry. What You'll Do * Assist carpenters with residential and commercial construction projects * Load, unload, and organize materials and tools * Perform site preparation, demolition, and cleanup * Assist with framing, siding, decks, renovations, and finish carpentry * Learn construction techniques, building practices, and safe work procedures * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site * Work alongside experienced carpenters and project leaders to develop new skills What We're Looking For * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment * Comfortable using hand and power tools, or willingness to learn * Ability to lift and carry construction materials * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred * Previous construction experience is an asset but not required What We Offer * Hands-on training with a clear path toward becoming a Carpenter * Opportunity to learn all aspects of residential construction and renovations * Competitive wages based on experience * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility * Full-time, year-round work for the right candidate About McT Construction McT Construction specializes in high-quality custom carpentry.
