*Overview* Join our team as at Khoaw Pon Authentic Thai! *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and creativity, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. * Follow established recipes, portion controls, and food handling procedures to maintain consistency and safety. * Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations, adhering to food safety regulations. * Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or service staff, ensuring a positive dining experience. * Support inventory management by rotating stock, monitoring expiration dates, and notifying supervisors of supply needs. * Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods. *Skills* * Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting. * Strong knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards. * Excellent skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques across diverse cuisines. * Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude. * Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance. * Good organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control. * Prior experience in the food industry that demonstrates reliability and teamwork.
