Broadmead Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for part-time receptionist to join our team in May. *Your schedule:* Your schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2:30pm to close (around 8:00pm; some flexibility for the right candidate) \*Plus availability to cover holiday/sick day relief as needed (shifts range between 7am-8:30pm Monday to Friday)\* *Your tasks:* - Maintain a clean, orderly, safe office environment for patients - Greet patients warmly on the phone and in person - Book appointments - Process extended healthcare, receive payments, and prepare billings in the computerized system for processing through Jane Software \*\*Looking for candidates who have experience with Jane Software, physio and/or naturopath admin however, not required *You Must:* - Listen well and follow direction, but also have initiative to work effectively on your own - Engage with patients in a professional, mature and customer service oriented manner - Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance - Be comfortable and capable using computer software (*Jane Clinic Management Software experience an asset*) *Expected Start Date:* training starts as soon as possible, the first day working solo will be September 16th We look forward to hearing from you!
