This is an exciting opportunity for <b><strong>experienced tradespeople</strong></b> who thrive in a <b><strong>fast-paced, hands-on environment</strong></b> and are driven to continuously develop their <b><strong>technical skills</strong></b> while taking on new <b><strong>mechanical maintenance and equipment installation challenges</strong></b>.</p><p>Industries We Serve:</p><ul><li>Manufacturing</li><li>ICI Construction</li><li>Logistics</li><li>Food & Beverage</li><li>Municipal Services</li><li>Lighting & Energy Management</li><li>Environmental Services</li><li>Automotive Industry</li></ul><p>Primary Responsibilities:</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Perform all work in accordance with applicable <b><strong>health and safety regulations</strong></b>, site procedures, and customer requirements.</li><li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service <b><strong>industrial machinery and mechanical systems</strong></b>, including <b><strong>conveyors</strong></b>, <b><strong>robotic systems</strong></b>, <b><strong>automated cells</strong></b>, <b><strong>production equipment</strong></b>, <b><strong>electric motors</strong></b>, and <b><strong>gearboxes</strong></b>.</li><li>Perform <b><strong>preventive maintenance</strong></b>, inspections, diagnostics, and <b><strong>mechanical troubleshooting</strong></b> to identify equipment issues and minimize downtime.</li><li>Inspect, replace, repair, and adjust <b><strong>mechanical components</strong></b>, assemblies, and equipment as required.</li><li>Complete <b><strong>industrial equipment installation</strong></b>, alignment, assembly, disassembly, and mechanical repair work at customer sites.</li><li>Fabricate and install <b><strong>custom brackets</strong></b>, supports, and mounting components for electrical and mechanical fixtures.</li><li>Provide responsive <b><strong>field service support</strong></b>, maintenance, and repair services for existing installations and industrial equipment.</li><li>Read and interpret equipment documentation, mechanical drawings, and technical information as required to complete assigned work.</li><li>Operate and maintain a <b><strong>service vehicle / service truck</strong></b>, ensuring required tools, equipment, and parts are organized and readily available.</li><li>Work independently and collaboratively with customers, tradespeople, technicians, and project teams to complete work safely and efficiently.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Completion of or current enrollment in <b><strong>426A Construction Millwright</strong></b> or <b><strong>433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certification</strong></b>.</li><li>Strong <b><strong>mechanical aptitude</strong></b> with practical experience working on <b><strong>industrial equipment</strong></b>, machinery, or mechanical systems.</li><li>Ability to perform <b><strong>mechanical troubleshooting</strong></b>, equipment maintenance, installation, and repair in an industrial or field-service environment.</li><li>Ability to work effectively <b><strong>independently</strong></b> and within a <b><strong>team-oriented environment</strong></b>.</li><li>Excellent <b><strong>verbal and written communication skills</strong></b>.</li><li>Strong attention to safety, equipment condition, and quality workmanship.</li><li>Prior experience managing and- Location Hamilton, ON
