In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of tile and flooring materials with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your construction skills while working on diverse projects that challenge and inspire you every day. *Duties* * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and layout plans. * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or underlayments for optimal tile adhesion. * Cut, shape, and install tiles using hand tools such as trowels, cutters, and saws with accuracy and attention to detail. * Lay tiles in patterns or designs according to project specifications, ensuring proper spacing and alignment. * Apply grout, caulking, and sealants to finish installations professionally while preventing water intrusion or damage. * Collaborate with carpenters, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless execution. * Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols, handling tools properly, and wearing appropriate protective gear. *Experience* * Proven experience in tile installation, flooring installation, or related construction roles demonstrating technical proficiency. * Skilled in using hand tools for cutting, shaping, and installing tiles efficiently. * Knowledge of blueprint reading to accurately interpret project plans and layouts. * Hands-on experience with flooring installation techniques across various materials including ceramic, porcelain, stone, or similar surfaces. * Familiarity with caulking techniques to ensure clean finishes and waterproof seals. * Background in carpentry or handyman work is a plus for versatile project support. * Strong construction experience with an understanding of building codes and safety standards. * Must have vehicle along with all tools required to install tiles independently Join us in creating stunning spaces that stand the test of time!
