For more information visit *www.shorelinehospitality.ca/olio* *What you?ll do* * Execute service with consistency and pace (prep, fire, plate, reset ? repeat) * Prep from scratch: sauces, pasta components, pizza station support, daily features * Keep your station organized, stocked, and clean (always) * Work closely with the chef/team to maintain standards and timing * Follow food safety and sanitation practices without being asked twice *What we?re looking for* * Line experience in a busy kitchen (or the skill + maturity to step into it fast) * Strong knife skills and a real respect for mise en place * Clean habits, good communication, and a team-first attitude * You care about the last plate as much as the first * Weekend availability is a must (that?s when we?re at our best) *Why Olio* Because the work matters here.
