We are seeking a passionate, patient-focused *Registered Dental Hygienist* to join our growing dental team. We pride ourselves on fostering strong relationships with our patients while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. *Responsibilities* * Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including periodontal assessments, scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments. * Educate patients on oral health, home care techniques, and preventive treatment options. * Accurately record clinical findings and maintain detailed patient records. * Take and interpret dental radiographs as permitted by regulatory standards. * Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. * Maintain infection prevention and control standards in accordance with current guidelines. * Support a positive patient experience through professional and compassionate care. *Qualifications* * Current registration and good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO). * Current CPR certification. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. * Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset. *What We Offer* * Competitive compensation. * Consistent schedule with 32?40 hours per week. * Supportive and collaborative team culture. * Modern technology and clinical resources. * Opportunities for continuing education and professional development. * A patient-centered practice committed to excellence in care. * On-site parking * Online Wellness support *Schedule* * 32?40 hours per week. * Daytime and evening (1-2 shifts per week) * 2 Saturdays per month required.
