*A New Wave of Health Care is Coming* Wave Health is a multidisciplinary health clinic opening Q4 2026 on Calgary's iconic 4th Street in Mission, with athletic therapy launching in Spring 2027. We offer integrated, expert-led care that feels as current and considered as the people it serves ? occupying the space between premium healthcare and modern wellness, without compromising on either. We're looking for a certified athletic therapist to lead active rehab and group programming in one of the few private clinics in Calgary built around a true rehab gym. *The Opportunity* * A *full rehab gym* as your primary clinical space ? active rehab, return-to-sport progressions, and group programming, purpose-built rather than squeezed into a hallway * Clinical-grade equipment throughout, including instrumented gait analysis and modern strength/conditioning tools * A collaborative, referral-driven pipeline: chiropractic and physiotherapy caseloads feed naturally into active rehab * Digital exercise prescription through Wibbi and a modern tech stack built around Jane *Who You Are* * A Certified Athletic Therapist, CAT(C), in good standing with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association and the Alberta Athletic Therapists Association, with professional liability insurance * Experienced in clinical (not just field) settings, with strong exercise progression and program design skills * A believer in active, evidence-informed treatment and measurable return-to-function outcomes * Comfortable running both one-on-one sessions and small-group programming * Excited to build a brand-new discipline within a brand-new clinic ? with real say in how it runs *How We Work* * Independent contractor structure ? full autonomy over your approach, programming, and schedule *Where You'll Work* 2207 4th Street SW, Calgary, AB, T2S 1W9 ? in Mission, with underground parking for practitioners and patients. *Ready to Apply?* Send your CV and a short note about your practice to *connect@wavehealth.ca* | @wavehealthyyc Pay: Up to $9,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Work Location: In person
