Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts * Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential * Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are correctly priced and stocked * Conduct basic inventory checks, restock shelves, and assist with merchandise organization * Handle cashiering duties including processing returns, exchanges, and managing cash registers with precision * Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate store operations and ensure smooth daily activities Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers * Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately * Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising practices is advantageous * Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, and organizing displays * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining store presentation standards Join us if you?re passionate about delivering excellent service, eager to develop your sales expertise?including technology sales?and thrive in a lively retail setting.
