*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality carpentry work across a variety of projects. Your expertise will ensure that all structures are built to code, safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks. * Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders. * Perform framing work including metal stud framing, wood framing, and concrete forming with precision and efficiency. * Install drywall, siding, flooring, tiles, cabinets, roofing components, and other building materials with precision. * Conduct masonry work including bricklaying and stonework as needed for project specifications. * Execute construction painting, caulking, and finishing touches to ensure quality aesthetics. * Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Journeyman/Woman Carpenter in a similar construction role with a strong portfolio of completed projects. * Ability to read detailed blueprints and construction drawings confidently. * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment. * Knowledge of drywall installation, masonry techniques, roofing systems, siding applications, flooring installation, tile laying. * Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely. * Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards.
