Drewlo Holdings is currently seeking a *Building Manager Team *to live-in and manage in *Kitchener*. We are looking for an energetic team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment building. This beautiful apartment building that has great features and amenities. *Why Drewlo?* · Family built, owned and managed; family is at the heart of our company and a core value · Provide you with a Career; we offer stable full-time employment, benefits and a matching retirement savings program · Treat our employees fair; we offer competitive wages, provide training and value each employee · Opportunity for growth; we are expanding at an accelerated rate, with that comes new opportunities · We invest in our community; we know it?s important to give back *The Building Manager team is Responsible for*: · Addressing residents' concerns either themselves or involving our maintenance team or the property manager if needed · Facilitating work orders and performing minor maintenance · Showing vacant apartment to prospective residents, completing applications and leases · Carrying out various administrative duties/paperwork, use of company provided smartphone and email is required · Monitoring activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and their guests adhere to Drewlo policies · Maintaining fire safety logs · Maintaining exterior walkways during winter months · Covering a sister building on their superintendent's day off (the sister building covers for yours) · Presenting themselves and Drewlo Holdings in a friendly, professional manner to all current and prospective tenants · Executing the turn-over procedure of suites to new tenants, including cleaning of the suite *We're looking for Building Managers to bring:* · Renting/sales skills · Top-notch customer service skills · Handy/basic maintenance skills · Capable of maintaining high cleanliness standards independently · A history of property management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $3,250.00-$4,250.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * RRSP match Application question(s): * Who is the other another person you are applying with for this team position?
