In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with heavy equipment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our supply chain excellence and support the seamless distribution of our products worldwide. *Duties* * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents; identify shortages, reject damaged goods, and maintain accurate inventory records * Unpack, label, code, and route products to designated storage locations while ensuring inventory is organized, accessible, and accurately recorded in the warehouse management system * Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and staged for carrier pickup or delivery * Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs documentation, invoices, and other required shipping records using manual or computerized systems * Assemble shipping containers and crates, record shipment contents, affix shipping labels and instructions, and oversee the loading and unloading of trucks and other transport vehicles * Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment, to safely load, unload, transport, and store products * Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse inventory control processes * Maintain accurate manual and computerized records related to receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse transactions * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following housekeeping standards, keeping aisles clear, and complying with all health and safety policies, including the proper use of PPE and safe handling of materials * Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, carriers, and other departments to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and meet customer service expectations * Support warehouse operations through additional duties, projects, and responsibilities assigned by management *Skills* * Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move heavy objects, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as picking, packing, and inventory management * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, preferred * Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems or software * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed * Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures * Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
